Fighting with COVID-19 & Quarantine and Lockdown experience

Assalamualaikum and hello again everyone!

It's been a while since I write something again. I think I really make my blog a place where I want to commemorate something.
Only when something happened, then I want to write about it.
It's been a while since I wrote lyrics. I am not in a condition where I have time to think about something sentimental.

I guess so.

I just started with my third-semester break on the 3rd of August, but it took me a while to update my blog. On 27th Aug, my family suddenly fell sick altogether and positive COVID-19. It's really out of a sudden, so we don't know what to do and all of us were sick. The symptoms came out one by one but luckily my family is in cat 1 and 2 so we are still in recovering process. Currently, I am in my day 12 of quarantine and still in recovery. The post covid symptom really exhausts me.

I got heart palpitations and my whole body feels like vibrating. My mum and dad have a slight cough and sometimes fever and headache. Luckily my siblings don't have symptoms anymore.

During this quarantine journey, there are times that I felt like I almost die. It was so hard and painful and when everyone was sick, we just take care of ourselves. I am really worried about my parent's condition more than myself. Truly grateful that both of them are already fully vaccinated. That is one of the factors that the symptoms don't get worse.

It's been almost 2 years since we lived a whole new life. I felt like I lost my precious youth times and these 2 years, I felt like I don't achieve anything. With the current pandemic, I rarely go out, and its really hard to meet friends like the old times.

As a student myself, we need to continue our studies online. I don't even have convocation for my diploma but I am truly hoping that we have our degree convocation. Or else, I need to further my Master's Degree after this. LOL

There is not much I achieve or do during these 2 years.

Maybe, I spent my 24 hours with my family after a while. I struggled with my online class.

I tried to do many new hobbies.

Painting, creating bead bracelets, decorating my room, learning new languages.

Or continue living like a sloth.

Just lying down, watching all sorts of K-Drama, listen to all my fav songs from Super Junior and BTOB. And 2021, is the year for the 2nd generation. I listen to many old songs.

I even bought my first album, the 2PM album as I loved them so much.

I also tried to join a society to get more experience. But, it seems like it doesn't suit me. And I got sick a lot during the semester, so I need to resign. It is a whole new experience.

A new way to catch up with my friends

Reading many online books even tho it's hard to read as I don't have mood for it
Meeting my friends after a while
There is not much going on in my life. It is the same every day. It's quite hard to come out of my comfort zone after I have done nothing for these 2 years.

I just want to travel a lot, read a lot, meet new people, have new experiences, and learn more new and exciting things.

I hope it happens soon.

I am glad I survived.

What is the best K-Dramas in 2020 ?

THIS POST MIGHT CONTENT SOME SPOILER FROM THE DRAMAS!

THIS IS TRULY MY OWN REVIEW AND DOES NOT INFLUENCE BY OTHERS!

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone!

This is my first post for 2021 and the first time to greet you after awhile. Last year, it was quite a tough year for us due to the pandemic that happened that we do not expect. However, I hope that this year will give us a new hope to live in a brand-new way. Many things already changed, our surroundings, environment, and other things. Even the education system around the world got hit by a new wave of using the technology. I am also one of the students affected by the pandemic, T.T

Enough of that hahaha, so let us move on towards our main topic for today. Its been a few years since I started this post. I think watching all of this drama still gives me exciting feelings and how all the dramas are currently revolving towards our own environment makes me can relate more. As I got older, my favorite genre also changes. Before this, I love crime, thriller, law, and medical dramas. I still love it, but now I also loved slice of life, melo and romance drama.

Ahhh, how time flies…

2020 have so many great dramas that heals me an keeps me from being lonely. Due to the pandemic, I spent most of my time at home and even studying online. So, I got so many times to watch any dramas that I want. This year, there are so many great dramas from all great casts that I loved since the beginning. So, I list all of dramas that I managed to watch and will try to give you guys some review based on what I love and watched.

Do not take it too serious as everyone have their own opinions!

Let’s begin!

1.       Hospital Playlist (Cast: Jo Jungsuk, Yoo Yeonseok, Jung Kyungho, Kim Daemyung, Jeon Mido)

This drama is a huge hit for both domestic and international ratings. Due to their fame, this drama will continue with a new season as they planned. According to the production, they wont continue with a new season if the first season are received well by their fans. Fortunately, Shin PD as always does not disappoint his fans. With a star-studded cast, he managed to create HP sensation in 2020. Hospital Playlist 2 is one of the dramas that is huge anticipate in 2021!

This drama tells us about 5 doctors who are bestfriends since their medical school and its been 20 years of their friendship. Even though all of them have different personality, they clicked well and care of each other like a family. This drama is a little bit different from the cliché medical drama. They focused more on the life of their doctors itself and what makes it more interesting is each of them has different departments, so the medical cases shown are variety. The highlight of this drama is the band form by the cast whereas they showcase their own talent and efforts. All the OSTs in the dramas are the best, and even Jo Jungsuk grabs 3 awards for best OST! There are also many love lines to be anticipate especially for the upcoming season 2. This drama only consists of 12 episodes which only one eps per week. It’s a very enjoyable and recommended drama. Even I find its hard to move on from it!

2. Romantic Dr. Kim 2  (Cast: Lee Sungkyung, Ahn Hyoseop, Kim Minjae, So Juyeon)

From the past hit season, this season 2 also becomes a hit with a brand-new plot and cast. Do not worry if you don’t watch the previous season, this season is not a continuous season ad have their own structure of plot. The highlight of this drama is their own plot that is stronger from the previous season. The cases shown in the dramas are also unique I still cannot forget one of the cases where the paramedic who is sudden dead after got hit by the drunken man. It was a really sad scene where the patient agrees to donates her organ after being announced brain death.

There is also love lines between the main casts and even though it starts quite late, it still one of the best. This is the first drama I watch for So Juyeon and she is really cute and have a bright personality and I really love her! I hope they can make a continuous season from this season 2! Its really a good drama to enjoy!

3.  Into The Ring ( Nana, Park Sunghoon)

I never expected to watch this drama. But I saw many reviews said that Nana did really great in this drama and her chemistry with the male lead is another level. So, I decided to watch it. This totally not disappoints me at all. The great thing is, I watch this as soon as it ends, so I can marathon it. This drama script won for a contest held by KBS and the plot and script are actually really good!

This drama tells us about the politic genre, on how youth are struggled to make ends meet and decided to apply to be the District Assembly. Her ridiculous decisions shock her family and friends, but at the end they decided to support her and even campaigning with her. Her character is really stand out, she always takes not and complaint about all those civil complaints including the bus schedule that did not appear. Her passion makes her become the District Assembly, however, its tough for her even when she gets in.

This drama shown us a different side of politics and I really enjoyed it. The male lead is also very good and has strong chemistry with her. I really finished it in a very short time and there is no gap for boring! Totally recommended!

4.       Start Up ( Nam Joohyuk, Suzy, Kim Seonho, Kang Hanna)

This is one of the dramas that receive huge sensation due to the second lead syndrome. Kim Seonho has successfully brought many people to tears and frustration when he didn’t get the heroine. But, above all that, I really learnt a lot from the plot of this that portrays about the business and IT world. Nam Joohyuk and Suzy plays as aspiring to be leader, where they struggle to prove the worth of themselves. While Kim Seonho plays as a successful investor who have the power to invest to any company he wants. I really love how they use the terms that easy to understand even for people who does not know nothing about business. But due to the second lead syndrome, the plot has been overshadowed.

The OSTs are also one of the playlists that I really love to recommend for people. It makes you feel longing for someone who actually not there LOL Overall, I really enjoyed this drama and learnt a lot from it. Its always my dream to become an aspiring leader and CEO in the future like Seo Dalmi plays by Suzy.

5.       Its Okay to Not be Okay  (Kim Soohyun, Seo Yeji, Oh Jungse, Park Gyuyoung)

This drama is a comeback from Kim Soohyun after his military. I would dare to say that he made a successful comeback whereas he drama got internationally popular due to their plot. This drama centered about the perspective of mental health and autism, and eventho many people are being skeptical to it, I think it has a very good and strong plot. Seo Yeji as the main lead did really well portrays someone who has Antisocial personality disorder.

The drama tells us about two brothers, whereas Kim Soohyun act as the younger brother who works as nurse at psychiatric hospital and has older brother who suffers with autism. Due to their past, they consecutively keep moving from one place to another, that makes people hard to approach him. That is when, he meets Seo Yeji who is a famous children book writer who is her brother favourite. Seo Yeji makes him change the perspective of life and slowly enjoying his life. Seo Yeji who portrays as Go Moonyoung has successfully accepting herself and begin to adapt with her surroundings.

I really enjoyed this drama. Many great quotes and have a good script. At the same time, it also gives people some healing that they did not anticipate it! I really recommended it!

6.       Search  (Jang Dongyoon, Krystal, Yoon Park)

Search is one-of-a-kind dramas produce by OCN. I think this is a very interesting and unique drama with only 10 eps. The genre is military and a little bit of mystery. I really love it as they are not many dramas who focus on the military and their department itself, and OCN did not disappoints me!

Jang Dongyoon plays as the sergeant of the military Search department and at the end of his military service, he is being send to his last mission before his military discharge. There he meets his ex-girlfriend who is the First Liutenant in the Search Department. During their last mission, they have the mission to catch a wild dog that have being mutated into a different species that are unknown. This mutation has kills people and brings danger towards the nearest village. Krystal plays as the female lead, and I really approve her acting skills as she never played the same character and always plays a variety that shows her versatile styles. Overall, I really hope OCN can produce another drama like this in the future!

7.       Record of youth (Park Bogum, Park Sodam, Byun Wooseok)

Record of Youth portrays the life of a model portrays by Park Bogum as Sa Hyejun who wants to be actor but keeps being exploit by others. In the meanwhile, he leads a hard life where his family does not support his dream and looking down on his efforts. While doing all sorts of part time work and modeling, he met Ahn Jeongha plays by Park Sodam who came back after winning Oscar for Parasite. Ahn Jeongha lead the character as a makeup artist who is a fan of Sa Hyejun and finally falling in love with each other.

I really love how they portray the struggle of youth and many people can relate to it. They touched on the how youth struggle with employment, the power struggle between the rich and the poor and how its hard to build a relationship when you are into entertainment industry. I think this is the last drama of Park Bogum before he enlists into military.

8.       Mystic pop-up bar (Hwang Jungeum, Choi Wonyoung, Yook Sungjae)

Mystic Popup bar is one of the drama that based on the webtoon of Twin Tops Bar who tells a story about woman who set up an outdoor bar stall, Weol Ju who played by Hwang Jungeum with her assistant, Chief Gwi played by Choi Won Young. They have a mission to settle the grudges of 100000 souls by solving  other people problems and by opening the bar stall, they can hear the problems of their customer and help them. Both of them are actually souls that were dead in the past due to their sad history.

Suddenly, they got a part timer who have unique ability where whenever he touches people, they will out of conscious and tells him their secret. The part timer was played by Yook Sungjae of Btob and it is his last drama before his military service. I really love the plot of this drama that is different from the mainstreams and in the same time very interesting! It’s a very light drama to watch family!

9.       Tale of nine-tailed  (Lee Dongwook, Jo Boah, Kibum)

I don’t know why, but I always enjoyed a fantasy drama where it involves the traditional history of Korea like Hwayugi, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho. This drama has the same vibes as the dramas I mentioned before. It involves Lee Dongwook as the main character who played as Gumiho and trying to find his eternal love who is a human. He came across centuries and finally found the reincarnation of his true love, Ah Eum who played by Jo Boah.

However, the love story does not end there. Even though Ah Eum already recognized her true love, she slowly changing towards unrecognized creature due to her past centuries ago. It is because of her own fate where she is the princess of the country in her past.

This drama is quite interesting because of the plot and the traditional creature used where it actually exists in the old myths of Korea. But some people might find it boring as it has slowed and weak plot. But anyway, its Lee Dongwook you need to enjoy!

10.   Hi-Bye Mama  (Kim Taehee, Lee Kyuhyung, Go Bogyeol)

Hi-Bye Mama was one of the sad dramas that I cried so many times. It is also a drama of Kim Taehee comeback and she is partner up with Lee Kyuhyung who played Haerong in Prison Playbook. It tells a story of a sweet couple who suddenly meet a sad tragedy where Kim Taehee suddenly die while she heavily pregnant with their first child. Her husband who is a doctor lives in misery as he felt responsible because he cannot save her wife.

Kim Taehee souls still wandering around after her death because she wants to see her daughter before she gone. But she also needs to face the differences of the reality and her world. Suddenly, she was given the opportunity to become a human for certain period to settle her wishes before she gone forever.

To watch this drama, you need a box of tissue to stand by. It’s a sad family drama where you can see the misery of losing your family members out of sudden and how pure mothers love is. It’s a really good and heart-wrenching drama that I really love to recommend!

11.   Was It Love

(Song Jihyo, Son Hojun, Song Jongho, Kim Minjoon, Koo Jasung)

Was It Love is a drama from Song Jihyo who is a main lead that is surrounds by 4 mans who have complicated relationship with her. She is a single mother who raised her daughter alone for 14 years and suddenly, she came across her ex-boyfriend who is a famous writer for her production drama, who played by Son Hojun. In the same time, she also meets her junior who likes her in university days and currently teaching her daughter. She also has complicated relationship with a gangster who sponsored her drama and a famous actor who is her senior in university and the best friend of her ex-boyfriend.

After 14 years, her daughter suddenly wants to find her father and it makes her daughter investigates each one of the men who surrounds her. This is one of a good love story of Song Jihyo and it is refreshing to see her played as a mother who have a teenager daughter. Surprisingly, it suits her really well, and its really fun to see her chemistry with other actors.

12.   The Good Detective

13.   Tell me what you say

14.   Train

15.   The King: Eternal Monarch

16.   Crash Landing On You

17.   365: Repeat The Year

These are some of the dramas that I watched in 2020 and I really enjoyed so much. Its not that much compare to people who watch every dramas that came out and many dramas are huge hit in 2020 that I cannot catch up. These are totally my own opinion and reviews on the dramas that I watched only.

Hope you guys enjoy it!

Thank you!

Staycation In Malacca with Gossip Girls !

Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone !

Its been awhile I guess since I can gather my thoughts to write again.

Currently, I just finished my part time work and in the middle of preparing myself for new semester that will begin this 12th October. Due to the current pandemic, my university has decided to let all Faculty of Business students to join ODL or Online Distance Learning. So, I will stay at home until further discussion.

I am excited to learn new subjects this upcoming semester, but I am also nervous because I already going thru it the last time, and what can I say. This ODL is not easy.

No further comment for that. I think I will make a new post about my learning journey in ODL and explain more about that hehe

So, due to the current pandemic, my diploma convocation also gets postpone until we don’t know when. My university had proposed to the students to make a ‘green screen’ convocation that of course get so much critics from the students. I don’t know what to say about that. This COVID-19 has ruined many things.

According to the protocol, all students that will graduate must do clearance at their own campus before the actual convocation. So, I already planned with my groupmate to go together as its been awhile since we last met, and we can reminisce our diploma journey together.

But, again, due to the pandemic, the clearance can be made online, so we don’t have to go to our campus to do it. So, we changed the plan and decided to tour Malacca like our diploma days. Thank you to Maira’s mum, she treat us with an apartment so that we can stay there for 2 Days & 1 Night and Suci’s mum, she rented us a car so it will be easier journey for us! It gives us a comfortable journey as we spent time together.

Like what I said, it is a journey to reminisce our moments during diploma days, so we went to all places that we went before.

On 17th September, we began our journey with Suci’s picked me up from my house and we went to KL Sentral to picked up Maira and Nad. We departed from KL at 11 and arrived Simpang Ampat at 12. Our first place is of course, our favourite Nasi Ayam restaurant located in Terminal Sentral Alor Gajah. Restoran Nasi Ayam Nadia is a famous place among UiTM Lendu students as it located in a strategic place. Students who buy the ticket bus will surely get their lunch there! It serves the best chicken rice. It is our ritual for every new semester to eat there together. It surely brings the memories back.

Next, we also went to eat Cendol at Dataran Keris near the Terminal Alor Gajah. It is a small hawker style that sells a delicious variety of Cendol. People surely miss a gem if they don’t try this Cendol.

After that, we continue our sweet and icy journey to eat Patbingsu at Ice Bing. This is our top favourite spot to eat during diploma. Cheng is a real heaven for students at that time as there are many places to go and eat. We really went there often during our diploma years. Next, we went to get our famous Coconut Shake Batu Berendam and directly went to our apartment at Atlantis Residence near Klebang Beach. After rest for about one hour, we went back to the famous Bandar Hilir to get some pictures and went to Klebang Beach in the evening. At night, we went to get our dinner at Ikan Bakar Parasmewara. Spoiler: I don’t recommend eating at Ikan Bakar Paramewara. We need to wait for quite a long time, and they don’t serve great food at all. I don’t know why there are so many customers at that time and the foods are so expensive. I am okay to pay expensive foods if they are delicious and satisfying, but it seriously makes our jaw drops with their food quality that doesn’t match their price. Lesson learnt!

After that, finally, we get some rest at night while watching a movie. It is seriously a leisure night because we were so tired after went to so many places in the morning. We fell asleep at 1 am because everyone was too tired to speak haha

We begin our morning early and everyone already fully recharge at 7 a.m. After all the giggling and some funny stories, we get our breakfast at a Warung Robiah near our place. Warung Robiah is not a restaurant but it serves like ‘medan selera’. There are variety of foods such as Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Briyani, Soups, Kuih and many other things. I eat a lot of things as the price are quite cheap and it were so delicious. I am so satisfied with my breakfast that I decided to get a takeout to eat at our apartment.

Before going back to our apartment, as it still early, we decided to go back to the beach. There are so many people when we went there during the yesterday evening, so this time because it still early (We went there at 9 a.m lol) so we get to enjoy the beach and take some pictures together!

We went back to our apartment to wash up and getting ready for checkout at 12 p.m. After that, we went to get our lunch at McD and continue our journey home at 3 p.m. We decided to go back early to avoid traffic jam during peak hour as it was Friday but still, we got stuck and I arrived at 6:30 p.m

This is truly just a journey just to spent time and catch up with each other. After we graduate from diploma, my groupmate also went their separate ways. Except Suci and Ikmal, as both still at UiTM Puncak Alam just different courses, Maira in UiTM Dungun and Nad will be in UM this October. She applied for MEXT scholarship to further study in Japan next year, so we pray that she will get the scholarship and go for her dreams. We promised that we will visit her in Japan if she gets the scholarship!

The short 2 Days 1 Night journey has ended. It is a memorable journey for us and eventho it is a short time, but to spend time with each other at places that we are so familiar with, certainly bring back all the memories.

Thank you for the sweet memories. Good luck in our new journey and hope that you guys will be in better place.

Let’s meet again!

What is the best study styles for the beginner ?

Assalamualaikum and Hi guys !

So, today, I will share some study tips especially for students who just begin their new journey as university students.

I dont know if I am qualifie to write this post but nah, i'm trying my best to share some my know-how that maybe can help some of you who still finding their best study styles. I hope this helps !

When I started my diploma back then, I dont have any clue where to start and how to begin. Its just at that time, I was determined to change my lifestyles including my study styles.

First, I begin with JOURNALING.

Since the end of 2017, I started to keep a journal. At that time, I'm not sure if I can be consistent so I just do some research about how start keeping a journal. Many article helps me in decorating my journal. Its quite fun actually and you can see yor life progress and your goals. So, I started to keep track of my study journey. I wrote my class schedule, what happened in my daily life, my work schedule. It makes my life more efficient. It is good to keep a journal as you can see your progress in work and life all in one place. If you want it to be more professional, you can separate it !
You can look up to several fantastic articles about how to start keeping a journal and start now !

Next, learn your STUDY STYLES.

Back then, I have one subject that focus on study skills. It taught us about which study styles is suitable for us. I think some of you might heard this already before. Are you the listening type? Or the one who explain about everything yo learn to your friends? Are you the one who loves to walk around and hates to just sit and study ? Or are you the one who is genius and can only learn everything in one glance ?

I am the type who need to something a few times to memorize it. I'm not the listening type, but i'm good at taking notes and making my own study notes. But, my notes are not pretty like the one you look up on Internet. Its just for my own references so I tend to makes my notes as easier as I can understand. It depends on your subjects actually. I dont know about other course, but for Business, I believe that our subjects containing almost 80-90% subjects that require you to read, analyze and memorize. The key is MEMORIZE! All of the things your learn will be ask in your quizzes, tests and also your final exam. So, you dont have any choice, you need to study and memorize. For me, it is hard to memorize without notes. Some of my friends depend on our lecturer study notes or slides, you can do it that way if it makes your learning process easier. But, I cant do it so I need to makes my own notes so I know where and why I put that info in my notes.

Tips : When you makes your notes, you does not simply just start taking notes and write it. You need to read first what the topic tells you.

1. Read
You need to grasp what the topic wants to tell you. For example, in Marketing, the chapter will tells you about the 4Ps. So, you need to read first. What is 4Ps? Why it is 4Ps? What is the history? The technique and all the big, small or important points in that chapter. This is the first time you read. So, you already know what the chapter tells you and what is the point you want to put in your study notes.

2. Dont put anything you read in your study notes
Organize all important points before you start writing your notes. It is very good if you start to analyze your past year papers first so that you know what kind of question and points that you can focus on. Put only important and will likely to be ask in your notes so that it wont burden you to read and memorize so much. This will be the second time you read the chapter so you can recap what you already read from your first time.

3. Highlight your notes
After organizing your notes, you can start writing it on paper. This depends on you. You can made one book for each subject or if you dont want, you can write it on paper and make your own flashcard notes. There are so many types of study notes you can make. Short notes, flashcard, keywords notes, formula notes, the most formula mindmap (i dont like it, i dont know why?). You can be as creative as you want. You can use colourful pens, or if you like it black and white, you can highlight all the important points with different highlight colours. One of my friend is very particular about her notes. Her notes are so pretty like the one you see in pinterest. But, besides the pretty-ness of her notes, she make it colourful because she can be reminded of her notes using the colour.

For example: You can use Purple for the Title. So, each time you want to memorize, you already know that purple is the title. Next, the sub title. You can use different colour. It all depends on you. For me, I'm more to where I put the points. For example, If i want to look for the topic, I will be reminded for the page of the topic. Its actually different for each person. You need to explore it yourself to know which one better for you.

Until you finish writing your notes, you actually will read the topic a few times. So, it will be easier for you to memorize it! To make it more easy, you can discuss what you already memorize with your friends. Explain to them what you already learn and memorize, so you will be more understand about the topic. Some of us are listener type, so this method will help them to learn adn easier for them tp understand rather than looking at the notes. It is a win-win situation for both you and your friends !

Your first semester is important

So, it is important to know your study styles first! For this first semester, you need to explore more about your study styles and which one suits better for you. How do you know that it suits you? Take a look at your quiz or test result! If you score higher and you can easily answer all the question, it means that study method suits you! Dont be afraid to try many method as we are in study journey. We can always learn from mistakes and we are not too late to try them. Dont wait for you final exam for you to be anxious on how to study.

My last tips!

Dont procastinate

Please refrain from procastinate! Dont do last minute work either in study or your life. Do you have to wait for the day before the test that you want to start writing your notes ? It is better for you if you make earlier preparation atleast 2 weeks before your quiz or test so that you can prepare better. Always do your work as soon as possible, dont delay any of it until last minute! You can get more stress from this and you will get low quality of works and of course, low marks!

So, all the best for your first semester in college ! Do remember, hard work sure will pay off ! Work hard for your studies so you can get the best result to satisfy yourself !

Good luck !

A New Journey for Degree Life !

Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone !

Alhamdulillah. I already finished my diploma journey in Lendu after 2.5 years. Actually, my batch is the first one who has the interim session means the freshman will started their study a little bit early than others. We had 7 weeks interim session then 1 or 2 months break before started our first semester of diploma. Its quite good actually as we can get use to our new environment a bit early and get to spend more time with new friends. As we learn some subjects from our first semester during the interim session, so our first semester is really relax and laidback. I had so much fun try to figured out my study styles while trying to know my new friends.

I will miss Lendu.

But, today, I will share my new experience for my degree journey. Yeayy! Currently, I just finished my first semester of degree on 2nd week of July. I’m currently working part time before my new semester starts this October.

I applied for degree during my last semester during diploma. At that time, I still don’t make a decision whether I want to continue in UiTM or apply for UPU. But, I was so busy for my last semester, so I don’t want to overthink about my decision. I just applied the ‘Penerapan Khas’ UiTM. They will give us 3 choices for the courses we want.

Since my first semester, I already targeted to make International Business as my major for degree. But, I hold it first as I want to see if there are any other subject that makes me attracted as International Business is a subject that I learnt during my last semester. During the last 4 semesters, I loved all Management subjects  and dislike calculation subjects. It doesn’t mean that I didn’t do well for calculation subjects, its just boring and makes me sleepy all the time eventho I excelled it.

So yeah, I end up choosing International Business as my first choice for degree. My tips here, some of my friends consider about their career and job opportunity in the future while choosing their major. For me, I also consider what I want to do in the future, but it is important to learn something that you really want and interested with. It will be hard journey if you lost interest in the middle of study. I really love International Business as I find it very attractive as I learn more about business in the global perspectives.

During my last semester, there are rumours that said you need to score really well if you want your first choice and to be selected as student in UiTM Puncak Alam. When I applied for my diploma in 2017, I put some laboratory courses as I really interested in it and I really hoped that I get accepted to UiTM Puncak Alam. Its my dream university to begin with. So I tried really hard for my last semester in hope that I will get accepted there.

Alhamdulillah, currently a first year student in UiTM Puncak Alam yeayyyy. Actually, I didn’t expect anything for my degree. I do not know what to prepare. Maybe, because I’m still in my student mode. I got accepted for degree in end February and just finished my diploma in late January so the break is quite short. I don’t even unpack some of luggage because of of the short break LOL

The documents that I need to prepared was quite a lot. Its like my first time again. It makes me nervous as I don’t know if I can adapt or not with the new environment, new place, new friends and new expectation. But, it will be only short journey as I got to cut some of credit hours so I only stay there for 4 semesters of study and 1 semester of internship. The total of 5 semesters. I am expected to graduate on July 2022.

The new environment is great. Actually, there are many familiar faces from Lendu so it still makes me feel like home. But, the new place and the new friends makes me awkward. I had a hard time adjusting myself for the first week. We are quite busy to settle all the process before starting our class. Only the second week, we got our class schedule and meet our new classmates. My new roommate is actually my previous housemate from Lendu. I’m so relax as I don’t need to adapt to a new roommate. Its not that I cant meet new people, its just it takes a lot of time. But with familiar face, atleast I just need to face my new classmates and housemates HAHA

All the colleges there are like apartment, so each apartment have 4 rooms and each has 2 students occupied it. It’s a comfortable room and spacious for students. I love it. Even the café have many choice of foods that I don’t have time to explore. The price is affordable and the taste is good.

Sadly, I only got to stay there for only 3 weeks. During my week 4, the government already announced that all the university will be halt immediately and students must be send back home. So, we started our online class on April. So, it is a really short time for me to adapt to the environment. I guess, if we need to go back this October, it will takes time again to adjust as the first time.

I love it nevertheless. You can really feel the city vibe university. It also has a little bit of private university and I love it.

But still, I miss Lendu environment. I loved everything about that place. It is a perfect environment for student to study and enjoy their student life.

I want to go there again...

I'm glad to be in my dream university. May my new dream comes true and I can graduate with First Class Honours in BBA International Business (Hons.) in 2 years.

Amin.

Staycation of Triple T in The Robertson, Bukit Bintang !

Assalamualaikum and Hi !

Finally, after almost 6 months, I have time to write this post. Its been a long time since I keep it as a draft. Its take time to sort out all the pictures because of course when it is Ting Ting Ting, the amount of pictures are ridiculous as usual. Hope all of this pictures can be keep as our memories forever.

After school days ended back then, we already targeted to go vacation together when we atleast 21. So, we tried to plan it to make sure that we still can go anywhere we want. But, the initial plan got cancel due to circumstances. Nevertheless, we still went to our first vacation together, or should I say, our first Girls Party(?!) because it is too short and too loud ? but it still ended successfully !

At first, we planned to went to Langkawi, but then due to circumstance, we chose to stay in KL as it will be easier for us especially for our transportation so we settled for it and stayed in The Robertson, Bukit Bintang ! Actually, there are many attractive accomodations you can look up in all travel apps, but we actually planned it for last min so we decided to booked at Agoda after we checked the place and the facilities nearby.

The Robertson, Bukit Bintang. Totally in the middle of Kuala Lumpur and you can totally feel the city vibes. Our accomodations view totally in front of KLCC and KL Tower and the view is magnificent especially at night ! Unfortunately, we cant see the sunset because it raining during the evening, but the view is still wow !

After I booked it in Agoda, they sent confirmation booking through email. The host asked us to give our phone number so they can contact us directly and gives details about the stay. I was actually very scared because it is my first time booked accomodations especially in KL, so I just pray that I wont get scam or whatsoever lol. After that, they contact us through Whatsapp and send the details about our accomodations, our room number, the facilities, rules and who we can contact if we have problems. The information is so details, because the host wont meet us during our stay. They only left the room key in the locker, and they sent us the password for the locker. It is the same during check out too. You just need to put back the key in the locker. Simple.

I only contacted the host to asked them to give us towels as they didnt provided towel during our arrival. By the way, I booked a condo with one room. They can fit the total of 5 adults but actually more. maybe 6/7 ? Because it is quite big and they are fully furnished with all facilties such as refrigerator, TV, kitchen tools, washing machine, dinner table, coffee table, 2 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed, with 1 huge sofa with fluffy pillow. I think its enough for our 2 Days 1 Night staycation. Its worth it as it is so spacious and comfortable. The facilities nearby are quite a lot, such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, lobby, rooftop, 7-11 mart, restaurants and guarded with security.  So, it is a safe and secure staycation !

So let's check it out my 2 Days 1 Night First Staycation with Ting Ting Ting !

We bought our groceries as we cooked our dinner and breakfast tgt.

The view from our house !

Our hall. It is quite big and spacious. We played games together that night, and dont ask we almost jump everywhere at that time !

Athirah didnt arrive yet at that time. We just arrived and took our first selfie.

Our first tea time ! Cekodok with nuggets with a hot tea. Cons : there is no jug provided lol
We ate before we jump into swimming pool that evening

Indahnya hidup di waktu muda !

After dinner and Isya', its our girls night activity. We do not take any pictures as its totally inappropriate. We laughed too much and a total mess !

Nescafe to makes sure we always high ! HAHA

We celebrated everyone birthday that night and we got inspired with SNSD Tiffany birthday celebration with her members. So we tried to recreate it.

But still, we are Ting Ting Ting. Not Girls Generation. We are still pretty in our own ways. I assumed we will be more pretty in the future. Bareface pun cantik kalau matured and makeup, sis taktau nak cakap !

At midnight, i think at 12 a.m, we went to the rooftop to enjoyed the city view at night ! Its totally beautiful. Its just we are not professional photographer eventho all of us a re school photographers before. LOL

Our late night supper. Guess what, we watched movie after we came back from our sightseeing.

The Captain (2019) - IMDb

Azra recommended us to watch this movie ! It is reallyy gooood ! We totally recommend it as it keeps us awake that night and we totally enjoyed this !

The girls take turns to cook. So its Yasmin and Azra turns to cook breakfast.

Our check out picture !

On the way home, we planned to try the escape room in KL Sentral. So, we booked it earlier in their website, Breakout ! Its totally good !  They are several escape room you can choose based on the themes there. The host will guide you and explain the details of the situation of the escape room before you went in. Each of people will have their own respective roles during the escape process. So, you will solves the problems in the rooms using what you have such as maps, and the benefits from each roles. They are several stages until the last door to escape. Unfortunately, the time ended in our second last stage. We nearly escape the room ! We spend too much time to get the keys for our last door and ended up lost :(

But still, we totally enjoyed it and would like to try another themes after this. Students can get discount if you show your student card ! Its totally affordable and recommended to go if you want to spend some time with your friends !

P/s: If you cant bear with confined or dark spaces, it might be difficult for you to enjoy it :((

Our last lunch together !

Our 2 Days 1 Night journey ended !

This staycation is too short but memorable. I wish we can spend more time together. Fortunately, we got to went staycation before the Covid-19 being announced as a pandemic. We went on 5th and 6th of February, and the MCO started a month later. Pheww
